Our worship time together is spiritual, lively, varied, and intergenerational. It is the hour when our church community comes together in song, dialogue, prayer and praise to celebrate our work, our mission, our growth, our spirituality and our faith. We are a Christ-
centered, open-minded, dedicated congregation that enjoys being together and growing in faith and understanding. Newcomers and
visitors arealways welcome.

Children are important to our worship:

  • Serve as Acolytes, leading the procession into the sanctuary and lighting the altar candles.

  • Lead congregational processions on Palm Sunday

  • Are included as scripture readers

  • Collect funds and items for mission projects.

  • Give musical presentations

  • Gather for a children’s sermon during worship known as Children’s Time.

  • Children participate in the church service until Children’s Time and afterwards head to classes of their own.

  • Participate at the end of the service in Holy Communion with the rest of the Congregation.

Worship Continues with Christian Fellowship

We continue our worship immediately following the benediction with food, conversation, and fellowship in the church hall. This is an

important time for our members, newcomers, and guests to engage with our Christian community.

As United Methodists, we have an obligation to bear a faithful Christian witness to
Jesus Christ, the living reality at the center of the Church’s life and witness. To fulfill
this obligation, we reflect critically on our biblical and theological inheritance, striving
to express faithfully the witness we make in our own time.
