Welcome to Bridgewater United Methodist Church, a church where "all are welcome here," really means ALL!

Whether you are a first-time guest, new to the Christian faith, or seeking a church home, we invite you to explore our church. We are an accepting and supportive community open to all. As followers of Jesus Christ we seek to impact lives through worship, mission, and service. We are a community that loves God, loves people, and seeks to grow in faith together.

In what ways do we do this? You will find many opportunities here for worship, Christian growth, service to others, and fellowship. Our worship style is traditional with a progressive theology. Our Sunday morning service is at
9:00 AM with choir and congregational singing, Biblical readings, and a pastoral message. The service is followed by a community gathering in the church basement with coffee and refreshment. This gathering allows church members to engage with one another and to welcome new guests. We offer a Sunday School for children during the worship service and a nursery "pray area" in the sanctuary for young children and their grown-ups.

Please explore our web site for other opportunities to engage with our church. We offer activities for our youth, small groups and Bible Study, and have a rich history and commitment to mission. Much is happening here, and we invite you to be part of the excitement.

Our hearts, minds, and doors are open to all.

Who we are, at a glance:

We welcome ALL people as a member congregation of the Reconciling Ministries Network. As United Methodists, we have an obligation to bear a faithful Christian witness to Jesus Christ, the living reality at the center of the Church’s life and witness. To fulfill
this obligation, we intentionally seek to remain true to our Wesleyan heritage of social justice and critical reflection of our theological and Biblical inheritance.
